• Advance Booking: We recommend customers book at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed up to 2 hours before the scheduled ride without penalty. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
• Luggage and Vehicle Capacity: Customers are allowed 2 suitcases and 1 carry-on per passenger. Our vehicles can accommodate up to 6 passengers per SUV.

• Prohibited Items: Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are not permitted in the vehicle.
• Seat Belts: All passengers must wear seat belts at all times during the ride.
• Respectful Behavior: Customers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Disruptive behavior may result in the termination of the ride without a refund.
• Damage or Cleaning Fees: Customers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle or for excessive cleaning required after the ride.
